Description
On Peachtree in front of the stadium at Oglethorpe University one section on the sidewalk is about 3" lower than the rest. When I reported it months ago, someone put two traffic cones there. It's related to the fire hydrant somehow - probably a leak. Lots of people walk and run there: it's very dangerous.
