Description

Constrution crews hit .875 line feeding north from KB1610 Aux leg. Line goes under Sunnylane from West side to east. Then goes north underground. Lines clearly marked by flags and spray paint. Crews are working on Sunnylane installing new drainage. Multiple holes dug with excavator from 12500 S. Sunnylane going north. Holes are currently filled with water around 9 ft. deep. Lines was clearly hit and pulled on, could not see damage in mud water hole. The input on PBA housing at GNIS ID 853651516 was ripped completely off and out. Also caused output side to bend. Luckey we still had RF and voltage. I straighted .875 line out best I could and bulk headed both ends with RG11 jumper. No construction crew members on sight and no company info to report.
