Descrição

Resident is requesting to have the front of her property inspected. Street was paved a year ago. This property is near the corner of Foxon Hill Road and Quinnipiac which has a little bit of a down slope. There's no curbing or storm drain in front of her property or storm drain. So when it rains flooding occurs and water gets inside her basement. She claims it is causing erosion to her front lawn and damaging the newly paved street.

I've been informed that the city is working with an engineer to have curbing installed on Foxon Hill Rd.
however no one knows when. Meanwhile the erosion continues especially after the recent rainfall.

I’ve been calling Public Works for weeks and finally spoke with a lovely woman who said are complaints have been documented and Foxon Hill Rd is on the schedule for curbing and repair. She said it probably wouldn’t get done until June and that I should call her back in May for an update. Let’s hope it will finally happen!!
