Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. While the City will continue to fill potholes and blade unpaved alleys as needed, to have the alley paved neighbors need to join into a Special Assessment District (S.A.D.). If a majority of residents in a specific area agree to join, a S.A.D. will be created and funded by the residents affected by the improvements, in this case a paved alley.
