Is there a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for waterfront Park and associated area? Every bench along the waterfront needs cleaning. The only time I see it get attention is when it’s reported here. This also reminds me of a related post, the stairwell at the ferry building parking garage. Seems that that too only gets attention when reported, and currently stinks like urine and people are requesting to have the stairwell cleaned again.
