4:30pm yesterday, PPA car, 20 min, have seen vehicles idling on Fairmount Ave. between Front and 2nd every day, at the beginning of the work day, during lunch, and near the end of the day especially under the overpass.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
