Description

Retail shop around corner discarded a bunch of boxes into the alley. the recycling bin that the boxes were placed next to is completely empty but it may have been full at the time they discarded the boxes and so there may have been no where else to put the recycling at the time they discarded the boxes.

could someone be sent out for a special recycling pickup?
