Are there license plates, is is currently registered? Is it illegally parked?
This piece of junk is constantly moving from place to place around town.
Please tow this eyesore away ASAP.

I would like to know how it got away from the last reported location before it could be towed
Oh I do know why lack of proactive law enforcement or even non proactive law enforcement
So what we have is anarchy lawless prevails in Vallejo

So I have to believe either a police officer has never encountered this vehicle, or they just don’t care when they do. Nothing about this vehicle is roadworthy, filled to the gills with garbage, yes I mean to the roof, rear windows broken out, expired registration, bet it’s uninsured, & the owner has no drivers license.

If that’s the case:VPD needs to be dispatched out to the location and:
-Order these folks to vacate this vehicle.
-Cite For no Driver license or for driving with suspended or possibly revoked driver license
-Cite for no registration
-Cite for no insurance
-Tow Vehicle immediately after allowing them to gather only their vital documents, medication, etc.

These is not only an eyesore but it’s also a Biohazard
Where are they using the restroom?
Where are they dumping their waste?
Do not allow homeless advocate groups to help them get these vehicle out of impound as l they often do when the homeless get their vehicles impounded.(this vehicle need to be permanently junked)

Left their garbage behind. Gone to plague another location.

There is now an RV parked on Mendocino St (between Tennessee and Indiana). Please confirm that this is not being used for a residence. My vehicle was broken into last night.

I was going reopen this after inspecting the area where the RV was parked all weekend, there is now garbage and human excrement. I posted it as another issue under illegal dumping and sending a message to Officer Gomez: I am willing to prosecute these people be a witness or make a statement, whatever you need. I want this thing removed from the city, they been getting away with it for at least a couple of years now.

In the picture it looks as if human feces and/or toilet paper it flowing into the storm drain.

This may be the only way many other issues also could be resolved is for private citizens to press charges and face off in court with lawbreakers
