Description

Heading toward Shore dr on First Court, between the 2 entrances to Bayville Farm Park (on the opposite side of the road as the park) the side of the road is crumbling away.

There was another accident last night due to this unsafe condition. Does this mean that the city is liable due to not doing anything about this issue that they had been informed about?
