Dead tree swaying in front of my place

Trees are still there dropping branches on people on the alley! Please ask the Artistry to take them down and replace them, they have been dead for at least 2 years. With the high winds and fire warnings dead trees have become a bigger hazard, they can light up at any given moment or crash down over the neighbors
