Description
The intersection of Market and Kerr Avenue sees heavy foot AND car traffic. Lesser intersections (such as those at Forest Hills) are given cross walks and pedestrian crossing lights... why not this intersection? It is common to see folks crossing loaded down with grocery bags and in wheelchairs. It is a danger zone.
