This vehicle indeed needs to be permanently removed from the road. It needs to be towed then junked/scraped. Do not allow homeless advocate groups to pay fines/ impound fees to get it back.

This white bus has been a permanent -- if mobile -- residence in downtown Vallejo for over a year. City Hall, how long does it take? Haul it away, or send it a property tax bill!

Exactly, tow it or tax it. That’s exactly why I don’t have sympathy for the homeless when RVs are towed. Think about it. It’s where they live. No rent, mortgage payment, or property taxes, and they can even afford a measly little annual vehicle registration, come on. What do they do with the
Money they get from panhandling, they can also collect cans or scrap metal or find a gig to save up to pay the registration. Again after all they don’t have to pay rent.

This white bus keeps moving all over Vallejo, it is still here. It was spotted parked on Couch St. next to Wendy’s on Redwood St. today.

"A work order has been created for this issue." -- We've satisfied the paperwork requirement.

"We will keep you updated on our action." -- Don't call us, ...."

"picked up the illegal dumping reported at this location" -- We've cleared up the bus owner's trash(since they don't pay a Recology bill") and they've happily gone on their merry way (without paying a penny).

Haul it away, or send it a property tax bill!
