Description

Vile mess along Long Wharf this morning. All the trash was over flowing from the weekend and the birds had picked through and dumped it even farther!
When will there be sufficient receptacles?
When will the food trucks be made responsible for this mess: they can charge their customers the cost even!
And...they use styrofoam containers which is against New Haven City ordinances.
