Homeless encampment getting larger every day. Trash and debris blocking the sidewalk, spilling over onto the bike path. Appears to be a bike chop shop operating. Debris gets moved to the other side of 4th St occasionally.

This has been an eyesore for 9 months (I have reported twice; it kinda got cleaned about 3 months ago) and appears to be a bicycle chop shop as well as a health hazard. I realize it is out of most people's sight, but it is one of the ugliest camps in the Jack London area.
People are constantly pointing out encampments and messes, but the city has to prioritize. I would encourage others to focus on the really nasty messes so as not to overwhelm public services.
This one and Webster under 880 are the worst in the Jack London/Warehouse area as far as I can tell
