We have been a resident of this neighborhood for over 25 years. it is turning into a hotel zone and we are tired of Homeowner's not following the RSF zoning rules. This Homeowner continually rents out her home (along with others) and found Homeowner recent and updated information online. We were told to report this information to the County as with all the Good Neighbors. We provided online picturesfor you to see that this is PROOF of illegal rentals. Al Maio and County officials do something. Homeowners in our neighborhood do not care about the rules as you do not follow up and they making a joke out of County. Homeowner is on VRBO.com and listed on VRBO is Property #916878. There is a calendar for this Home and nightly rates. It proves Homeowner is renting illegally AGAIN.
