Description

Westbound Grove St before Orange is a two-lane road. Only the left lane goes straight through Orange Street; the right lane is marked as turn-only onto Orange. This is not efficient. The right lane should be both a turning lane and straight-lane travel. You may have to mark the pavement crossing Orange Street so that traffic stays in its lane, but you will prevent a long line of cars forming on Grove if you permit both lanes of travel to go straight. Grove St between Orange and Whtiney/Church is still a two-lane road, so there doesn't seem to be a good reason to limit the number of lanes that can drive straight.
