A. City accessway that starts in the 900 block of Hawthorne and runs across to the 900 block of Harold St, 77006. It is behind a shopping center and faces the back of residences. There is water ponding in part of it. Can "no loitering" signs be put up as too many people hang out there re drug deals? Police are called but people scatter when they hear sirens. And maybe some security lighting?
