It was to my understanding repaving on Old Madison Pike would start in September. What happened?

The paving is terrible, to the point the road is fairly undrivable. If you hit those at 40 miles per hour, it's very dangerous!

That may be the case. It may have just been patched in the meantime. I did not attend the meeting on when I would be repaved. The patch work is really bad though. Its like hitting multiple speed bumps at 40 mph
