Signs in right of way are for promotional purposes, according to Whitestone builders, and homes are not for sale. This one at 1033 Bayland was completed more than six months ago but the promotional sign remains. Whitestone has four properties with these signs in right of way, no construction underway, on Bayland and Norhill (around the esplanade) and are essentially bandit signs. They need to be removed or Whitestone should be fined for bandit signs.
