Description
This is the 4th or 5th time I've reported this issue. The TV image freezes with no audio for sometimes a full 3 seconds. When the program resumes, I've lost that part of the program. Verizon has been out to diagnose multiple times with no resolution. If the issue cannot be corrected I want out of the 2 year contract enabling me to find another provider.
