All the lights on the right side of Phelan Ave between Senter Rd and Bevin Brook Dr are out. Here are the numbers on the street lights that are out;
13 N 222, 13 N 223, 13 N 224, and 13 N 225.

It been one Month and the Street lights are still out on Phelan between Senter and Bevin Brook.

It been over three months now since its been reported and the lights are still out. Its a dead end street and completely dark at night.

All the lights are still out and my car has been broken into twice in the dark. Its been almost a year and the City of San Jose hasn't even tried to fix the lights as far as I can tell. I have also reported this on the City site and nothing has been done.

Finally fixed, looks like they added new bolted lids to the accesses. Hopefully that stops the wire thief's.
