The contractor will be required to repair the turf. The deliveries will continue for several more weeks. At the end of the work, the restoration will occur.

Is there an erosion-control plan in place to prevent the exposed soil/nutrients from entering our lake?

Yes, we included that area to be quickly brought up to standard - updated erosion protection plan, stabilization and restoration per City construction requirements.
