Not fixed. Why was it closed? Please fix. Keeping a record of this for insurance purposes in the event that this gives me a flat tire.

Yes, please fix this as soon as you can! I live right near this intersection and I have hit this pothole 4 or 5 times in the past few weeks because it is in a spot where you can't really avoid if there are other cars on the road. It also seems to be getting worse.

Now imagine this City staff... Usually people don't report potholes immediately, but wait, go over it couple of times, then it gets worse, and worse and they get tired of it... And then they report... Meanwhile, other City staff must have driven over the same pothole on numerous occasions and failed to forward or notify appropriate department... But, it is still up to residents to get tired and report... A month passes, then almost two months (even longer if you imagine when this pothole was first noticed), and still no solution... Since residents are reporting and reporting without any solution, do residents also need to get the City equipment and fix this themselves? Heck, in that case, at least bring the equipment nearby and leave the keys and we will fix it faster than you, since you're obviously too busy to care about major roads in the City or your residents. Thanks in advance!

POTHOLES HAVE BEEN FILLED THAT WERE REPORTED. EACH TIME TIS ORDER IS CLOSED POTHOLES HAVE BEEN FILLED. THE ISSUE IS THAT POTHOLES KEEP FORMING IN THE SAME AREA. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS HAPPENS BUT PLEASE OPEN A NEW TICKET AND DO NOT RE-OPEN THIS ONE. ENGINEERING IS AWARE THAT THE ROAD NEEDS TO BE RE-PAVED AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO FILL THE POTHOLES IN THE MEANTIME.
