This is a fraudulent posting from a fraudulent source. This address is currently listed for sale. The sellers lived here for fifty years. It has never been rented legally nor illegally at anytime. Please close this complaint and, if possible, discipline the source.

If this is a legit complaint, resubmit with the correct address and picture. Please be more careful in the future and don’t act under false pretense. You risk the credibility of a group you do NOT represent.

This same thing has happened to me. The good neighbors group has released a monster on the neighborhood with people making false complaints--just out and out lies--about their neighbors, knowing they are protected by the anonymous complaint rules of Sarasota County. Awful people; Awful place.
