Alleys and vegetation are to be maintained by the property owners abutting the alley area - Each property owner is required to maintain half of the alley and it is enforced by the Codes Compliance Dept. We will forward your request to the Dept and request a survey of alley be done at which point each property owner who is in violation would be required to maintain their half of the alley - Thank you for your assistance.
