This property and its owners have been reported ad nauseum over the years for parking commercial/construction equipment both in the yard and on the street, and when the equipment is parked in the street, it is parked directly in front of a "No Parking This Side of Street" sign! Why can't the city enforce their own codes? This is not a rhetorical question, I would actually like an answer. Is there some legal loophole this owner is taking advantage of? This property has been a blight on our neighborhood for years. PLEASE do something about this property!

Law enforcement issues (illegal street parking or other illegal activities, abandoned/inoperative vehicles in the street, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the St. Petersburg Police Department by calling 727-893-7780 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)
