I called DWSD about this issue November 28, as I'm working on rehabbing the building and there is water in the basement. DWSD said they'd investigate the basin within 2 days. These photos were taken yesterday 1/1/2019 after the weekend rain. Basin still clogged and will not drain, street flooded.

This appears to be getting worse. Drove thru yesterday and it was like a pond.
