The Sahara hookah bar (and surrounding area) at Boylan and peace is constantly littered with broken glass, cans, bottles and as you can see, copious amounts of other trash and waste. It is an absolute eyesore just feet away from an elementary school and a church. The broken glass is obviously a hazard for humans and pets. Can something be done to at least require them to pick up trash in and around their property so Raleigh doesn’t feel like soviet Russia?
