This has really got to stop! These new regulations must come out.
1) Approved spots must be established for these nests.
2) Instructions must be acknowledged on their App for appropriate places to leave them. These instructions must be on these motorizdd vehicles.
3) They absolutely cannot be ridden on sidewalk... ever. Ive had several near misses with riders weaving these through a crowded sidewalk like they own it.
4) on streets they must follow all traffic laws including traffic lights, lane lines, stop signs etc.

These things in the absence of strictly enforced rules are a menace. They must carry penalties equal to driving a car or motorcycle for all traffic infractions, including DWI.
