I just moved into this neighborhood, and I immediately noticed that there are not enough street lights in this neighborhood, AT ALL. It is so dark here at night that it is hard for me to see when I arrive home late. It worries me a bit, because it's obviously a hazard to drive, but also crime. If it's dark in this neighborhood is there higher crime in this neighborhood? Just a thought.
