It’s to bad there would be no police response if you called after seeing this person pushing this down the street
That’s because the scooter pictured is now worth less than $800 making it only a infraction to steal in this state

A lot the the “homeless” in Vallejo are tweakers and drug abusers. No respect for other people’s property.
