Storm water overflow. You can see the contaminated water coming out of the manhole covers in this photo. We had the water tested in the field and it was ten times the safe level of E.Coli. The Health Department needs to get more involved. They came, but just sprinkled larvacide. The WPCA needs to separate out the storm water and sewer lines. This is the route to cholera and typhoid epidemics. Let's stop living like a Third World country. These are serious health issues. The city didn't even test the waters, we had to send the water samples out to an independent lab. The City should be ashamed to let taxpayers live in these conditions.
