Description

offleash dogs - Irresponsible dog owners are selfishly enabling their dogs to illegally run at large offleash in Raleigh public spaces. This illegal behavior is concentrated during weekday evenings and weekend afternoons from Mine Creek Greenway Trail South of Shelly Lake to Crabtree Creek Greenway Trail at Anderson Drive.
