I saw this as I was picking up trash on Sunday. I wasn't sure if it was abandoned or not.

Does the bike belong to a neighbor?

I moved it to the alley by the trash and somebody took it. I watched (reviewed camera footage) the boy who left it in front of my house discard it. Based on the way he tossed it aside and walked away, he wasn’t coming back. I let the bike sit where he left it for about a week, in case he was coming back.
