The problem isn’t the need for a trash barrel, it’s the lack of respect by the people who litter where ever they please. Trash is all over Randolph streets, We don’t have street cleaning twice a week like the inner cities. Put a trash barrel there and I bet there will still be trash around the barrel. Just stop littering people! Just sayin!

I pass by the area today Oct 12, 2018 and there even more trash and a broken umbrella on the grass. The town needs to do something about the litter.
