A lot of them are not motorcycles but dirt bikes. Are they street legal? Apparently in Albany.

I second to this.
Sometimes you would see a guy on a 4 wheel offroad bike doing wheelies (Standing on rear wheels) at very high speed along newly paved road on Morris St at night. Very dangerous, and the bike has no light on, so there is no way for the driver to see pedestrians at night.
My suggestion would be speed bump at both ends of the block.

It wasn’t motorcycles, but dirt bikes and ATVs. And it was bad last night.

It’s been terrible. Last night was out of control. I live on State and heard it for hours into the night, almost constantly. It was in the distance this time, from the direction of Madison. If it was as loud as it was here, I can imagine how loud it was on the other side of the park. Think of the thousands of people negatively impacted by the extremely loud and constant noise pollution, not to mention the danger people on the street are subjected to with the way there guys drive. Awful.

Someone should throw a strip of nails across the street when they come rolling thru. The cops won't/can't do anything, maybe some citizens should take care of the problem themselves..
