Description
Request # 3962022 has been erroneously closed as 'no violation.' The violation exists on Sinclair St, the ENTIRE PUBLIC SIDEWALK from Marsh to Klink Streets. This IS NOT private property. Since when does the City of Memphis install fire hydrants on private property? EXACTLY! Again, this violation covers the fire hydrants creating a clear fire hazard, as well as a community health hazard by allowing animals, insects and infections diseases to breed. Please remove these hazards as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

The properties located on Harvester are responsible to get their rear property cut as well the easement/ right of way on Sinclair. It is called reverse frontage.
Each property on Harvester will have to be reported to be cited to keep their rear property/ easement cut too on the Sinclair side too
