Tree fell and was removed

It's actually the other tree on the property that has yet to fall that is in bad shape. It's actually in worse shape than the tree that fell.

Thank you for letting us know this is a different tree on the private property. We will suggest the owner have the tree assessed by an arborist and encourage treatment or removal. The responsibility for this tree remains with the property owner.
