No the issue is not closed the drain has still not been fixed I didn’t write the city open a ticket for them to come out and clean the wrong drain I spent many days on the phone with public works and to close this matter without a proper resolution is unsatisfactory at best I’m would like a call today from someone who is in planning to explain to me why after waiting patiently for almost 3 months I don’t get the problem fix when my property is damaged do to flooding I would like and address to mail the repair bill since my unresolved issue is now closed.
