In 2018 you were taxed approximately $16.38 per $1000 you were assessed. As for land, If you live in this area, you could have been overassessed, underassessed, or taxed for correct land value. Are you waterfront? Are you inland? Are you by the abandoned rail yard? Are you on hollis?

Those who are in the Orange Numbers, are OVERASSESSED and you could be paying taxes on an additional $10,000-$60,000. At an overassessment of $10,000, you are paying $168 to the city, which you shouldn't owe. If you are a Green Number, you are UNDERASSESSED, you are getting a swell deal from the city and are not paying your fair share of taxes.

Are you orange, and your neighbor green? Is your land type the same? shaded? flat? This is a disparity. You need to address this with the city. Is it fair that one waterfront home is in the green, and your inland plot is yellow?
