Description

This house has not been maintained. There is mold on the house. The roof is dirty and has mold. The roofline above the garage is sagging. There are gaps in the soffit. Part of the garage has been turned into a 'room'. The other part of the garage is used to store building materials and appliances There is no regular garbage pick up. There is a small, open, bathroom sized trash can by the front door. This house is not being maintained in keeping with the surrounding neighborhood. The tree out front is dead It is an eyesore , it is covered in mold, and I am concerned about rodents and other unwanted pests
