Description

Cars get off of 580 to try to beat freeway traffic and then turn left onto Bayview and right onto Carlson. Some turn right off Bayview by cutting in and by using middle lane. Once cars are on Carlson going toward 80, a left turn lane is needed for those getting on 80E. Right now, those turning left onto 80E cause backup and people cut into the right hand lane to get around those turning left. Others divert down the parking lane on the right, onto the side streets, and through the store and gas station parking lots to try to get around the clogging. This entire stretch has multiple places where an accident is bound to happen.
