This fire hydrant work was done last month under an emergency road opening permit, by the Ct. Water Company. They have been contacted about these concerns and replied they will address the immediate issues. Since this work was done late in the paving season, the full permanent pavement repair will not occur until Spring 2018, by Town requirements. The minimum permanent pavement repair requires a mill and pave to street centerline.
