Description

The traffic signal in the eastbound direction of Fellsway/MA-28 stays red while also displaying green arrows to proceed straight or turn right onto Salem St. This is confusing as drivers aren’r sure whether the light is green or red.

The traffic light that shows the left turn signal is also missing from the median on Fellsway/MA-28 (west of Salem) so drivers waiting to turn left onto Salem St from both directions of Fellsway cannot see that they have the green arrow.
