Both street crossings on each side of Heights Boulevard are very overgrown with grass and tree branches and its hard to see pedestrias ahead of time crossing the street. This is on each side of Heights Boulevard.

A. There are overgrown tree limbs and grass covering the sidewalks on both sides of Heights Boulevard. This is at the intersections of Heights Blvd and the Katy Service Rd. across the freeway from the Heights. This area frequently has pedestrians crossing at both crosswalks but they are hard to spot agead of time because of the overgrown grass and trees. It's especially bad at night.
