Description
The recycle can at 509 42nd ave south in the alley needs to be place on there side of the alley not at the empty lot. That causes people to dump everything right at my neighbors lot. I watch out for the owner of the lot. Dumping has been a big problem in this alley. Please have the owner of the apartment place them on there property on there side of the alley.
