Thanks Rose. I'm still figuring out See/Click/Fix, sorry I didn't provide a description. That storm drain is clogged - any time there's a good rain a small lake is the result & it takes a day or so to drain. You guys are great - keep up the good work!

I live at 1 Echo and I can tell you (from having been present when that flooding was previously "sucked away" during a winter storm with the big suction truck), it's not really a drain to anywhere, there is just a cracked holding tank down there. As someone who sees this flooding every storm and deals with the runoff flooding my property every time, this needs a pretty serious/expensive fix to solve it for the future.
