Description
Every weekday morning between 8:30-9am a large bus from 'Keystone Quality Transport' idles outside of our front door and impatiently honks its horn between 1 and 20 times.
This has been ongoing for over a year.
I have contacted the owners of this vehicle at least twice and the problem continues .

Van is almost always vehicle number 402.
I would like to see this problem resolved.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)

Thank you for making us aware of your noise problem. Our agency is Air Management Services and we're a section of the Department of Public Health that addresses air pollution complaints as well as noise from commercial establishments.
