the parking enforcement officer went over this morning. There were no illegally parked cars on the street at this time

Those cars were there from 7:30am until at least 9:30am and are quite possibly still there.
Can you please check with the parking enforcement officer to make sure they're checking the right block? Spring St. between Manhattan & Archibald adjacent to IAA is no parking on both sides of the street for that block, but cars have consistently been parking on the West side of the street and not getting ticketed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION:
7: No-parking areas.
No person shall park any vehicle at any time in the following locations:
(151) On either side of Spring Street, opposite the H. O. Wheeler School property.

the parking enforcement officer went back and is indicating now that where these violations are there are several signs missing. We are in the process with contacting DPW about the problem and until the signs are placed we can not enforce the vehicles on the street.

Ok, that makes more sense... Agreed that the signage could be better. There is a sign at the south end of the block, but not at the north end. FYI, there is already a SCF report for the signage here:
