Thank you for the feedback. We are continuing to look at changing the program to accommodate larger recycling bins but our current contract does not allow for it without substantially increasing costs to the City. Nevertheless we will continue to evaluate all our options that get us closer to switching away from the smaller blue bins. Until that point, please let us know when you see any litter caused by blown recycling and we will deploy our DPW to clean the area.
